Exchange & Refund Policy

• Customers may exchange or return their purchase within 14 days from the date of delivery, provided that the item is unused, in its original condition, and includes all original packaging and accessories.

• If the product has a manufacturing defect, customers are entitled to an exchange or full refund within 30 days from the date of delivery at no additional cost.

• Products that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery are not eligible for exchange or refund.

• Shipping fees for exchanges or returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the request is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

• Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 7–14 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

• A valid order number or proof of purchase is required for all exchange and refund requests.
